Our basic cleaning covers the essentials: dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (exterior of appliances), and making beds.

Whichever you prefer! Many of our clients leave us a key or access code. All our “Flamingos” undergo a rigorous background check process for your complete peace of mind.

Yes, we bring all the necessary equipment and products. If you prefer that we use a specific product you have (due to allergies or scent preference), just let us know.

We adapt to your operation. Most of our commercial clients prefer night or early morning service to avoid interrupting productivity, but we also offer “Day Porter” services for continuous maintenance during the day.

It’s not necessary. Tidy Flamingo comes fully equipped with professional-grade chemicals, industrial vacuums, and high-efficiency microfiber tools. If you have a preference for eco-friendly products, just let us know.

Safety is our priority. All our team members undergo rigorous background checks and technical training. We also carry liability insurance to protect your property against any eventuality.

We offer flexibility. While most companies prefer annual contracts due to the price and stability benefits, we also work with month-to-month agreements or one-off services for special events or projects.

We don’t believe in generic quotes. The cost is based on square footage, industry type, frequency (daily, weekly, etc.), and the specific needs of your space. We offer a free site visit to provide you with an accurate quote.

At Tidy Flamingo, we stand behind our work. If anything isn’t as agreed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll clean that area again at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our best advertisement.
